What If and The Evolution of Consciousness<\/h1>

I\u2019m beginning this on Friday, 19 December 2025 at home in Longmont, CO. After a massive wind storm early this morning, there have been hours of eerie dead silence. No wind, no sun, no people, no cars, no planes, no birds, even the heat furnace silent due to the warm 63 degree outside temperature. At about 5:30 this morning gale force gusts woke me up with a start. It was both enchanting and scary. I sat up in bed listening to the power of the screaming wind. But my mind was drawn to concern about my patio furniture blowing away, even though I had arranged it as securely as possible. Every time I heard a creak, I bolted to the window, looking out into the dark to see if the furniture had moved. It had not.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

On 21 December, I celebrated the Winter Solstice. It felt different this year, like many more were celebrating around the planet in the most expansive ways. For those who were aware, this was the time of what has been called The Shift, the beginning of the ongoing influx of higher frequency energy heralding an evolution of consciousness. Many online communities had planned several grand gatherings, a couple of which I attended on Zoom \u2014 sharings by the podcast facilitators, beautiful meditations, lots of joyful tears and expressions of love.<\/p>\n

This whole month of December has been filled with dramatic changes on every level of existence. For those who share my current perspective, this month especially has been a time of unprecedented activity. Things are happening. Energy is shifting. Higher frequencies are being anchored on Planet Earth for the evolution of Gaia, Humanity, and all Sentient Beings. What\u2019s happening now will change everything.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

And it will affect everyone on the planet, whether or not they realize it. The new higher frequencies are coming through the intense solar flares, often playing out in spectacular auroras. They are affecting the Schumann resonance, the earth's heartbeat, which measures electromagnetic activity, causing unexpected spikes. They are coming through 3I-Atlas, a so-called comet, exhibiting unusual composition, and from the larger perspective, inexplicable ancient cosmic consciousness with the vibration of Love. They are coming through fortuitous planetary alignments that have almost never happened before in planetary history. They are coming through numerology. 2025 is a 9 year, which signifies an ending. 2026 can be considered both a 1 year, year of new beginnings, and also a 10 year, which is binary and signifies co-creation. These higher frequencies are coming at the end of planetary cycles, such as the Kali Yuga called The Age of Darkness. And all of this is being assisted by our vast Galactic family of highly evolved and loving Beings.<\/p>\n

Participating in what is often called the Ascension Journey is a choice. What I am experiencing might be very different from what many others are experiencing. Everything is energy and frequency, and there are infinite ways to experience things. Many of us have waited a very long time for this moment. We have heard about The Age of Aquarius beginning in the 1960\u2019s, testing boundaries with\u00a0free love<\/em>, with\u00a0sex, drugs, and rock and roll. Through the 70\u2019s, we traveled along the woo-woo road, devouring everything from Krishnamurti, through all eight channeled Seth books by Jane Roberts. In 1987 we welcomed the Harmonic Convergence, a rare planetary alignment ushering in a new era of peace and consciousness, marking the start of the final twenty-five-year countdown to the end of the Mayan calendar. In 2000, we went through Y2K anxiety, wondering if all computers would fail at midnight. In 2012 we witnessed the end of the Mayan calendar and the beginning of another energetic shift of consciousness. And now in 2025, we have finally arrived at this beyond-time that is forever changing everything.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

This is what I know. People will awaken in waves, and although this is a planetary event, it begins within and there are requirements.
It requires<\/p>\n

* the dissolution of old stories, limiting beliefs, and letting go of everything that no longer serves<\/p>\n

* the releasing of judgement of self and others<\/p>\n

* learning to stay in heart coherence<\/p>\n

* releasing fear and following passion<\/p>\n

* diligent self-care<\/p>\n

* inner trust<\/p>\n

* authenticity<\/p>\n

* unconditional love and acceptance of self and others<\/p>\n

* claiming inner freedom<\/p>\n

* patience with the physical and emotional effects (ascension symptoms) of integrating higher frequency energy, such as muscle aches and pains, sweats\/chills, emotional release, confusion, shakiness or vibrations through the body, difficulty sleeping, vivid dreams, heart flutters, feeling exhausted\/fatigued, and more\u2026all of which do pass.<\/p>\n

* practicing Ahimsa <\/em>\u2013 do no harm<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

There is so much Light now anchoring on the planet, that the fear continually being perpetrated in what I call the 3D world seems to be getting more and more out of control. In my heart of hearts I don\u2019t believe it can go on in this way much longer. I see it as a last grab before the tumble. How long it will take, I cannot say, but just scan news headlines to see the cracks all over the place. Things have to fall apart before they can be rebuilt.<\/p>\n

So what exactly does this evolution of consciousness mean? To feel into it, I invite you to explore these few What Ifs\u2026<\/p>\n

\u2014 What if we are moving from a fear-based world to a new reality based on love, connection, compassion, peace, freedom?<\/p>\n

\u2014 What if we are evolving from the frequency of duality - right\/wrong, black\/white, up\/down, male\/female - to the higher frequencies of interconnectedness and interdimensional awareness? What might that mean?<\/p>\n

\u2014 What if the rebirth of the Divine Feminine and the Divine Masculine has already begun? What might relationships be like if we each carry both Divine Feminine and Divine masculine attributes?<\/p>\n

\u2014 What if we remember who we truly are and why we\u2019re here, that we are all part of Source Energy? Like a sponge in the ocean, we are both the sponge and the ocean. We are both the individuated aspect of All That Is, and we are also connected at the deepest levels of the ocean of creative consciousness.<\/p>\n

\u2014 What if these new higher frequencies allow us to begin to open our intuition, telepathy, clairvoyance and other clairs, enhance creativity, inspiration, and direct inner connection with our High Selves, Spirit Guides, Angels?<\/p>\n

\u2014 What if our bodies are becoming more crystalline, and all 24 strands of our DNA are being activated. What if we could heal and regenerate all of our cells? Imagine.<\/p>\n

\u2014 What if we finally recognize ourselves as part of a highly evolved galactic family of consciousness who have been part of our true evolutionary history for eons of time?<\/p>\n

\u2014 What if, by 2027, there is official disclosure of this, including direct contact?<\/p>\n

\u2014 What if the new higher frequencies on earth continue to foster the ongoing awakening of consciousness so that by 2032 we begin to see our world changing into one of divine wisdom, unity, community, compassion, peace, and love? And what if these unprecedented changes continue to evolve into a new Golden Age by 2050?<\/p>\n

\u2014 What if everything I've offered here is mostly conjecture, since any planetary evolution of consciousness has to be grander than current human understanding can conceive?<\/p>\n

Overall, I think 2026 is going to be a year of both inner and outer challenges together with amazing opportunities, enhanced creativity, and unexpected miracles. I wish you all a new year filled with Peace, Joy, Well-Being, and Big Love.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
